Sales and Account Management teams lacked cohesive, client-facing collateral to support onboarding, training, and upsell conversations.

This gap led to inconsistent messaging, slower onboarding for new clients, and missed opportunities to highlight key product features.

Without centralized resources, teams often created one-off materials, resulting in inefficiencies and brand dilution.

Solution

I met up with the Product, Sales, and Support teams to ensure messaging and visuals were consistent with the brand and customer journey. Then, I produced over 25 pieces of multimedia content, including:

  • Client Guides

  • FAQ videos

  • Client Interviews

  • Onboarding materials

  • Product tutorials

The Outcome

Created a content library that shortened onboarding time by simplifying the process.
